Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information ARP LLC d/b/a Gramz Miami collects through this website, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your order, and we do not sell personal information.
Information we collect

Payment card details are not collected by us. You enter your card on our payment processor's secure hosted page. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.
Cookies and tracking
- We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies and load no third-party trackers on this site.
- Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us until you check out.
- We count page visits in aggregate, without cookies and without recording who you are.
- The only cookies this site sets are strictly necessary ones (for example, keeping a store administrator signed in). Because of that, no cookie consent banner is needed.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we do not track you across websites, so our site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, and we treat such signals as already honored.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that need it to complete your order, each under its own privacy obligations:
- Payment processor — order number, amount, email and delivery address, to take payment and screen for fraud.
- Shipping carriers (for example USPS) — your name, address and sometimes phone number, to deliver your package.
- Email delivery provider — your email address and the content of order emails.
- Hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) — processes web traffic, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
- Authorities or advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or investigate fraud.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
- Completed orders: kept for the period tax and accounting law requires (generally up to seven years), then deleted or anonymized.
- Checkouts that were started but never paid: personal details are erased within 30 days.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe, plus a record that you unsubscribed.
Your choices and rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected] from the address used on your order. We respond within 30 days. We may need to keep order records the law requires us to keep.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. Order emails (receipts, tracking) are sent regardless, because they are part of the order.
- Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, correct, delete and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor these requests from any customer, wherever you live.
Security
The whole site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Card data never reaches our servers. Access to order information is restricted to the people who need it to fulfil and support orders. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
This site is intended for adults purchasing clothing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
