Shipping & Delivery Policy
Where we deliver
We ship to addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to freight forwarders. Customers in Miami-Dade County can also choose local delivery or local pickup.
Processing time
Every order is packed by us in Miami. Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Orders paid after 2:00 PM Eastern, on weekends or on holidays start processing the next business day. Your exact ship-by date is printed on your receipt and your order page.

Local delivery — Miami-Dade
Delivery fee: $8.00, free on orders of $75.00 or more. Delivered within 2 business days — we email you a delivery window. Someone must be available to receive the order; we email you when it is out for delivery.

Local pickup
Pickup is free. We email you when the order is ready — please do not come before that email. Pickup location: 4747 SW 8th Street, Coral Gables, FL 33134, Monday–Sunday, 11am–11pm. Bring a photo ID matching the name on the order. Orders are held for 7 days, then cancelled and refunded in full.
Sales tax
We collect Florida sales tax (6% state plus the destination county's surtax) on orders delivered or picked up in Florida, as required by law. We do not currently collect sales tax on orders shipped to other states. Shipping and delivery charges are listed separately on your order.
If we are running late
If we cannot ship by the date we promised, we will email you before that date with a new ship date and a choice: agree to the delay, or cancel for a full and prompt refund. If the delay is longer than 30 days, or we need to delay a second time, we cancel the order and refund you automatically unless you tell us you want to wait. (This is your right under the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.)
Address problems, lost and damaged packages
Check your address before paying — we ship to the address you enter. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you; reshipping is charged at the normal rate, or we refund the items. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
