These terms are an agreement between you and ARP LLC d/b/a Gramz Miami ("Gramz Miami", "we", "us") covering your use of this website and any order you place on it. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Gramz Miami sells clothing and accessories. This website is operated by ARP LLC d/b/a Gramz Miami, 4747 SW 8th Street, Coral Gables, FL 33134. Contact: [email protected], (310) 774-9864.
2. Products and prices
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include delivery charges or sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens.
- Quantities are limited to what we have in stock. We may limit the quantity sold per order.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.
3. Orders and payment
- Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your order confirmation after payment succeeds.
- Payment is made by card on our payment processor's secure hosted payment page. We do not receive or store your card number. Your card is charged when you place the order, and your statement will show GRAMZ MIAMI.
- You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you give us is accurate.
- We may refuse or cancel an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unauthorized, or placed for resale; if we do, any payment is refunded in full.
4. Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellation
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refund Policy are part of these terms. In short: orders ship within 3 business days; you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery; you may cancel for a full refund any time before your order is packed.
5. Risk of loss
For shipped orders, responsibility for the items passes to you when the carrier delivers them to the address you provided. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a rate that burdens it, place fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Gramz Miami name, logos, designs, photographs and text on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
8. Promotions
Any promotion, discount code or free-shipping offer is subject to the conditions shown with it, including start and end dates and eligible items. Promotions cannot be applied to past orders, exchanged for cash, or combined unless stated.
9. Warranties and liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived. Apart from those rights and the commitments in our policies, products and this website are provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Any legal action that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order; we record the version you accepted with your order.
